Ordering:

Our commitment is to excellent customer service and prompt, reliable shipping. All orders received will be confirmed via email or by phone at your request

If we receive your order by 1:00 PM (PST) on a normal business day, we can usually ship it out that same day. If you need overnight or second day delivery please specify this request in the "comments" section at checkout (we will back charge your credit card the different in shipping costs, if paid through PayPal we will send a payment request before shipping). If you'd like us to ship on your UPS or FedEx account, please leave us this information in the "comments" section at checkout.

All merchandise is shipped freight prepaid and the shipping cost is added to the total cost of your invoice.

We are happy to ship Internationally. Do to the wide range of rates to so many varied destinations, when you order we will find the best rate we can and confirm your order and pricing before we charge you or ship the order. We will do this by e-mail or phone so be sure and include this information in the comments when you check. Alternatively you may call us and make all the arrangements by phone.

All Orders: Oversize packages, special order products may have an additional cost. Expedited order express service, air freight and other premium shipping service are also available at additional cost. All shipping cost and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Freight / Shipping:

We use a 'Flat Rate" shipping charge for all orders in the Continental United States:

$50.00 or less, flat rate of $7.60

$50.01 to $100.00, flat rate of $13.75

$101.00 to $149.99, flat rate of $16.90

$150.00 and up, free freight!

Alaska & Hawaii, we will ship via United States Post Office flat rate box system. If the order cannot be accommodated with the flat rate system due to size or weight, maximum rate of $26.00 will be charged. In other words the most you will pay for shipping is $26.00 regardless of the order. Orders over $150.00 are still shipped free to AK and HI.

If you have a UPS, Fedex or some other account and want us to use that, please let us know.

Returns:

TheElectricalDepot.com offers 30 day money back guarantee. All returns must be in new and original condition. We do not except returns on special order items or tools.

Call or email us at info@theelectricaldepot.com prior to the return to obtain a RMA number, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after date of issue.

After the item is received and upon passing inspection your mode of payment will be credited for the merchandise. If you prefer we can also issue an 'in-house' credit toward your next purchase.

Please note: Outgoing shipping charges are not credited, the purchaser shall bear the cost of shipping and insurance on product(s) returned.

All parts and products provided by and through TheElectricalDepot.com are provided "as is". Carriers are responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and claims should be made immediately to the carrier.

Backorders:

At times - we hope rarely - one of our products may be out of stock. We do our best to make sure this never happens, but in the event that it does, the back ordered items will automatically ship out as soon as we receive them, at no additional cost to you.
